We build the world's best shopping ecosystem for all people interested in creating music, audio, and events

Crafting code and building infrastructure for the world's largest instruments and equipment retailer. Inspiring and enabling all people to speak music, everywhere.

Join us to develop the Thomann web shop and mobile app

We're coding with PHP, Twig, React and React Native. We're designing with Figma and Sketch. We're hosting on Rocky Linux and OpenShift. Our data warehouse is located in the Google Cloud Platform. And there's tons more nice tech.

Product Development

Self-organized product teams meet communities of practice. Our organization is a colorful mix of professionals and leaders trying to figure out how to solve real-life customer problems on a daily basis. Together, we are building thomann.de and our Thomann mobile app.

Nothing is as constant as change

Heraclitus
We could now throw around buzzwords like Digital Transformation, AI, Agile Methods, Modern Leadership, etc. - and that's exactly what we're doing, but in our own unique way. We're merging our already decades-long successful DNA with advanced innovation to avoid becoming just another failed digital hub without impact. Transformation requires constant effort, reflection and communication at company, procedural and human levels and sometimes even requires intentionally breaking things to put them back together afterwards. This is how we think and work - our DNA is change.
